Santa Fe Red's has been known for offering authentic Mexican dishes since its inception in 1994. It is through a special relationship with the Vasquez family that these recipes ended up at Santa Fe Red's. Maria, from the Sonora region of Mexico, and her husband, Miguel Vasquez, are the owners of several successful Mexican restaurants in Southern California (Miguel's). Throughout the year, teams from Santa Fe Red's and Miguel's get together for further training where recipes are shared, sampled and critiqued. Many of these recipes have been in Maria's and Miguel's families for generations. It is through the generosity and ongoing training from the Vasquez family that Santa Fe Red's continues to offer the finest authentic Mexican cuisine in the region.
Caution: You've heard of beer goggles... well, drinking our margaritas is more like wearing a blindfold. Please bring a friend to authenticate decision-making. Be advised: We cannot accept responsibility for the actions of anyone drinking our "Hornitoad" Margarita. This also applies to those drinking the "Screaming Blue Monkey" and "Hypnotic Lemonade"
