I specialize in achieving natural, healthy relief from pain and discomfort using a variety of traditional massage techniques. The best way for the body to heal itself is to increase blood and lymph flow. Blood and lymph sweep out toxins from the muscles and filter them. Massage is the best way to increase blood flow and lymph drainage.

What does that mean for you? While you get a relaxing massage, your body is getting flushed of toxins,
shortening the time it takes you to recover after exercise. Massage with gentle stretching will even help increase your range of motion and help prevent injury!

Therapeutic Massage

Kyle Trott is a recent graduate of the California Healing Arts College in Santa Monica, CA with a Masters Certificate in Massage Therapy, and is a licensed massage
therapist in CA and MT. He has been a massage therapist for 7 years, having first graduated from the Rocky Mountain School of Massage in Billings in 2003. He enjoys working with-in the community, volunteering massage services for events such as Relay for Life. He is also a proud member of the ABMP

Treatment Techniques

Because every client is different, every massage regimen is unique. We use Swedish, shiatsu, deep tissue, oscillation, lymph drainage, prenatal, chair and Jade Stone Therapy techniques, individually and in combination, to achieve optimum results.

Basic Rate is $55 for a 60 minute Swedish, and deep tissue, $70 for a Jade Stone.
